At Veleska Jewelry, our first priority is your satisfaction.  Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase, when accompanied by the sales receipt.  The item must be unused, and in unworn, original condition, and in the original box.  If you can't bring the item into the store, and you need to ship it, please contact us to discuss the situation before sending it.

No refunds, in-store credit only.

Items sold at a discount, special orders, completed layaways, modified, and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable, and are final sale.  A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, gift item, service, or product ordered or altered at the customer’s request.   Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
