Help Customers Navigate Meaningful Moments

At Veleska Jewelry, every customer brings a different story. One moment, you may be helping someone understand the value of inherited family jewelry. The next, you may be helping another customer choose a piece for an engagement, anniversary, birthday, or personal milestone.
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated person who enjoys connecting with people, learning new skills, and creating a welcoming customer experience.
This is more than a traditional retail position. You’ll receive hands-on training in jewelry evaluation, precious metals, gemstones, customer purchasing, fine jewelry sales, and custom design consultations.
What You’ll Do
- Purchase gold, silver, jewelry, coins, and other valuables from customers
- Guide customers through the jewelry-selling process with professionalism and care
- Assist customers with fine jewelry purchases and custom design consultations
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Learn to evaluate jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals
- Become familiar with Veleska’s custom, estate, vintage, and fine jewelry inventory
- Merchandise and maintain attractive showroom displays
- Help manage inventory and support daily showroom operations
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a growing local business
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience
- A genuine interest in jewelry and working with people
- Honesty, dependability, and strong attention to detail
- Comfort learning new technology, systems, and specialized skills
- A self-motivated attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to handle valuable merchandise responsibly
- Jewelry experience is helpful but not required if training will be provided

Content Creator & Digital Storyteller

Turn Beautiful Jewelry and Real Stories Into Scroll-Stopping Content
Do you live and breathe social media? Are you constantly thinking, “That would make a great Reel”?
Veleska Jewelry is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated content creator to help bring our jewelry, customers, events, and behind-the-scenes stories to life.
You’ll help grow a distinctive jewelry brand by producing content that educates, inspires, entertains, and connects with thousands of people every month. This position offers room to test ideas, follow trends, develop campaigns, and create content around one-of-a-kind jewelry and meaningful customer stories.
We care more about your creativity, judgment, and results than where you learned your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
- Plan and create live and online selling opportunities
- Film, photograph, and edit engaging short-form videos and photos
- Design branded graphics and advertisements using Canva
- Use tools such as ChatGPT to brainstorm, write, and streamline content production
- Schedule and organize content through Meta Business Suite and Vista Social
- Follow relevant social media, jewelry, fashion, and content trends
- Capture custom jewelry projects, events, new arrivals, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Develop customer stories and educational content
- Review performance and use results to improve future content
- Collaborate with the Veleska team on promotions and creative campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating engaging social media content
- Strong video filming and editing skills
- Proficiency with Canva
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Comfort using AI tools to support creativity and productivity
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Good visual judgment and attention to detail
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive mindset and a steady flow of new ideas
- Comfortable filming in-store and interacting with team members and customers
