Refund policy

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

• At Veleska Jewelry, our first priority is your satisfaction. Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be exchanged or returned within 10 days from the original date of purchase, when accompanied by the sales receipt.
• The item must be unused, and in unworn, original condition, and in the original box.
• No refunds, in-store credit only.
• Items sold at a discount, special orders, completed layaways, modified, and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable, and are final sale. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, gift item, service, or product ordered or altered at the customer’s request.
  
• Before sending any item back to Veleska, please contact us first.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

**GIFTS AND PROPOSALS**

• If you are purchasing an item for a gift or proposal and the time frame listed above regarding returns and exchanges doesn't work, please contact us prior to your purchase.

**LAYAWAYS**

• Completed layaways are not eligible for a return or exchange.
• Layaways may be held for up to one year. Layaways canceled before completion are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
• Layaways that receive no payment for ninety consecutive days will be considered abandoned and automatically canceled. The merchandise will be returned to inventory, and all payments made will be forfeited as a restocking fee.
