At Veleska Jewelry, many of our pieces are available to view on our website and may be ordered for delivery within the United States. This policy explains shipping options, estimated delivery timing, delivery costs, and order handling for jewelry purchased from Veleska.

Where does Veleska ship?

Veleska ships eligible orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website or Google listings.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the item, availability, order details, and shipping destination.

Most eligible orders ship 24 hours after the order is confirmed and payment is processed.

Custom, special order, resized, repaired, or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time. If an item requires extra time before shipment, our team will share an estimated delivery timeline before the order is finalized.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Most U.S. shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days after leaving our store.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary based on the item value, shipping destination, insurance requirements, carrier service, and delivery method selected.

Shipping costs will be provided before the order is completed. Some orders may qualify for complimentary shipping. If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly shared before payment is collected.

Are Veleska shipments insured?

Yes. Eligible jewelry shipments are insured while in transit. For security reasons, some orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If needed, we can set up delivery to a UPS Access Point near you.

Can customers order an item seen in store?

Yes. Some products may be available to view in our physical store but are not available for immediate carry-out purchase. These items may be ordered and shipped to the customer after the order is placed.

For products shown as available to order or on display in store, the approximate delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation, unless the item requires resizing, customization, special ordering, repair, or other preparation.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for select orders. If local pickup is available, our team will confirm pickup timing and instructions before the order is completed.

What happens after an order is placed?

After an order is confirmed, Veleska will prepare the item for shipment or pickup. Customers will receive order updates, including shipping or pickup details when available.

Orders may be delayed if additional verification, sizing, customization, payment confirmation, or customer approval is needed.

Shipping Restrictions

Veleska may be unable to ship to certain addresses, including some P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or locations where secure delivery cannot be confirmed.

Veleska reserves the right to require additional verification before shipping high-value jewelry orders.
